Sasha started her yoga journey in 2006 at a free trial class in Vancouver and was instantly hooked. Since then she has traveled around the world deepening her practice and exploring new cultures.
Sasha completed her 200-hour teacher training at YYoga in Vancouver and is a registered member of Yoga Alliance.
Sasha’s classes are calm, playful and conscious with a focus on balance and alignment. You will come away feeling connected, open and ready to take on anything!
Originally from Colorado, USA, Kathryn (or KT) has lived for over ten years in Mexico and is a constant traveler. She is a creative and mindful instructor, combining a love for movement, anatomy and focused breath. Through gentle guidance, she assists students that they may feel their own grace and strength in both body and mind.
Kathryn completed her 200-Hour teacher training with Green Yoga International in Islas Baleares, Spain and she is a member of Yoga Alliance USA and UK.
She began her journey in Yoga in 2000 as a student and substitute teaching Hatha Yoga. In 2005 she was invited to take the course “Ashtanga yoga for your life” given by Michael Gannon, where she was inspired to practice the discipline regularly. She has deepened her studies by attending various workshops and courses with internationally recognized teachers like Swami Sudhir Anand, Baptiste Marceau, Yogeswari, Ana Paula Dominguez, Mayra Cadengo and Anna Laurita Hite, and assisted to the 6th National Meeting of Yoga in Mexico taking the “Jivamukti Intensive” with Sharon Gannon and David Life. In 2008 starts the 200hrs RYT Training with Mayra Cadengo and in 2010 completed her Yoga Alliance International certification with Anna Laura Hite, who is to this day with whom she practices and keeps learning from to this date. Collaborated starring in a weekly tv show called Balance, instructing yoga classes for the benefit of the community in Monterrey, Mexico. Her classes are a combination of Vinyasa and Mandala Flow where she leads her students through dynamic and energetic sequences, with emphasis on proper breathing and body alignment. Her goal is to get students encounter their inner guru, explore their potential, better their health and inspire their life with peace and energy.
